If you need to cancel your appointment, please call our office at 727-360-4300.

We Require That You Call Our Office Within A Minimum of 24 Hours Before Your Scheduled Appointment Time Or You May Be Charged A 25% Cancellation Fee.

If You Do Not Call To Cancel Your Appointment And You Do Not Show Up For Your Appointment, Then, We Will Charge Your Credit Card 50% Of The Total Scheduled Service Fees.
